We seek out talented young people who have faced hurdles in life, due to background or circumstance, and find them paid, year-long apprenticeships in the marketing departments of leading companies. But we can only do this if leading companies are prepared to be funding ‘hosts’ for our apprentices – giving them secure and stimulating work experience as an integrated member of the marketing team.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR A HOST COMPANY?
Host companies get the opportunity to work with and explore the talents of young people who might not normally apply to work with them. Managers at the host company get the chance to broaden their people management skills, nurturing potential that can be relatively raw and untapped. And hopefully, bit by bit, we can work together to make the industry we all love, more inclusive, more diverse and more exciting.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?
We are always looking for world class companies in the marketing industries (brand owners, creative agencies, media owners, market research companies) to become hosts.
