HOW WE DO THIS
We find talented young people who have faced hurdles in life and secure them paid apprenticeships in the marketing departments of leading companies. We can only do this if companies are prepared to be funding ‘hosts’ for our apprentices – giving them secure and stimulating work experience as a member of the team.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR A HOST COMPANY?
Companies get the opportunity to explore the talents of young people who might not normally apply to work with them. Managers get the chance to broaden their people management skills, nurturing potential that can be relatively raw and untapped. And, bit by bit, we can work together to make the industry we love, more inclusive, more diverse and more exciting.
BECOMING A HOST
We are always looking for world class companies in the marketing industries (brand owners, creative agencies, media owners, market research companies) to become hosts. Our only request is that a host company is of a size and scale to offer each apprentice a structured and nurturing environment. If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch
THE PROBLEM WE’RE ADDRESSING
Companies acknowledge the advantages of having a more diverse workforce. Despite this, marketing departments are often surprisingly homogeneous. We want to help young people from challenging backgrounds get started on marketing careers. Young people who have the ability but often lack the social capital that helps their peers from more advantaged backgrounds get that first, crucial opportunity.

Our Partners
We work with a number of fabulous companies who host or sponsor our apprentices, donate or help in kind. We love gifts of time and the loan of premises. Shoes and champagne, not so much.

Help us
Send us a message, whatever. We love companies who can nurture and train apprentices, folk with cash, or help in kind. Or anyone nice, really.

The support I got from The Marketing Academy Foundation whilst being an apprentice and afterwards was amazing. I learnt so much, made great friends and will be forever thankful to them for giving me an amazing kick start to my career
