We need trainers, interviewers and career coaches, all involving working with our wonderful young people.

We’d love to hear from you if you think you can offer half a day a year on a Wednesday morning for our training to impart your wisdom on Marketing practise or personal development. If you can give us the odd half a day across the year, we’d love you to interview with us. We do around 150 interviews a year so lots of opportunities to get stuck in. If you can spare more sustained time, 12 hours or so over 6 months, we are looking for career coaches for participants after our new jobseekers bootcamp. Whatever you fancy or if you you’d like to know more, just get in touch for a no strings chat.

We are so grateful to the many people who got involved and got on with organising fundraisers for us. Some inspiring, some fun and some plain daft.

We can support you with materials if you need them, let you know what donation platforms we already have and let you know some ins and outs so we are on point with VAT and if you can reclaim gift aid.

Although we have a commercial model (we charge companies to find and nurture their talent) it doesn’t cover all our costs. The biggest thing we are doing is the BeTheOne programme, where we improve the job application skills of young people with a day’s training and follow-up career coaching. One place on this programme costs us around £400. If you could sponsor this we will tear your arm off.

We love to get donations in cash! Shoes and champagne not so much… but if you feel strongly, we’ll put them to good use.
