1-day workshop for 18-30-year-olds
We have another programme called BeTheOne. It’s a day-long event to help you improve your success rate in the job market. It’s free. We’ll give you lunch and pay for your bus, tube or train fare. All we ask is you let us know how you get on, so we know that what we are doing is working. To get a space in our workshop you must meet the eligibility criteria. This is in place so we can make sure we help young people who are most in need, and that we can work on our mission of making the marketing industries more socio-economically diverse.

"I found the workshop very useful…it taught me about all the varied roles that exist when it comes to marketing which I didn’t know about. It also helped me develop my interview technique, giving me more information about things I knew little about. I usually overcomplicate things when it comes to job applications and interviews. It felt good to hear from professionals in the industry that things don’t need to be so complicated, which was a great relief. With all that in mind, it helped me approach an upcoming interview with a much calmer mind, and thankfully, I will now start working for that employer I interviewed for."
